While in the military, he met his future wife and moved to Florence after he completed his service. Together they worked for New York University’s study abroad program for four years before they moved back to Rome and worked for the University of California’s study abroad program. Eventually, Peppe and his wife decided to move to the United States, and moved around a bit before they settled down in New Haven, CT. Peppe worked as the Catering Manager at Ferraro’s Italian Market in New Haven until his son was born. He then found an evening position with Westport Schools so that he could stay home with his son during the day. In his free time, Peppe likes to travel with his wife, son and daughter; they try to go back to Italy as often as possible! Peppe also enjoys teaching children and adult cooking lessons, and he is the east coast promoter for A&R Tours in Rome.
