After School Program (ASP)

Wakeman Boys & Girls Club provides a safe, fun, and affordable place for kids to go during out-of-school time to connect with caring, trained professionals and engage in enriching programs and activities.

Forms for ASP Participation

To participate in the 2024-25 Wakeman Boys & Girls Club After School Program, participants must complete and submit the following forms. Forms are due one week prior to your participant's first day of the After School Program. Delays in submitting forms will result in a delay in program start.


Please either 1) Print and complete these forms and bring to the Clubhouse Front Desk or 2) Print and complete these forms and email to your Clubhouse Membership Director:



*Health Assessment Record must be from within 12 months of participant's ASP start date.

The Club Experience

To meet kids where they are and help them grow in the right direction, we focus on three key outcome areas: education, character-building, and leading a healthy lifestyle.

After School Programming includes extended Open Gym times, Power Hour (dedicated homework space and staff), outdoor play, frequent STEM and creative arts and monthly special activities. Whether members attend daily or a few times weekly, throughout the year or certain seasons, they are bound to have fun, learn, and make new friends!
