Introducing our newest drop-in program! Drop in any week to create your own masterpiece under the guidance of our staff. Whether you feel you're a budding Georgia O'Keefe or Salvador Dali - or still mastering stick figures - you'll enjoy creating art, learning techniques, and making memories with friends. Themes will change weekly and be posted in September. All artwork created before Feb. 1 can be entered in the Club's annual art exhibit (see below!)

Fine Arts Exhibit

Grades K - 12

Fee:  None; open to all WBGC members

Theme: The Power of Us

Each year we showcase artistic talents of members in conjunction with Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Fine Arts Exhibit. The exhibit is a program designed to promote creativity using various media and to encourage artistic skills and cultural enrichment. Each year, more than 200 pieces of artwork are submitted by young artists from Wakeman Boys & Girls Club. Last year, WBGC had a national winner! Any artwork created by a Club member in 2025 or 2026 at home, school, the Club, or our Saturday Open Art series may be entered into our Clubhouse exhibit. More details to come!
