With over two decades dedicated to non-profit work and a decade-long tenure in customer service at JP Morgan, Jocelyn brings a wealth of experience and a passion for making a difference to her role as Membership Director at the Southport Clubhouse.
Jocelyn began her journey as a teen volunteer, collaborating with local youth ministries and non-profits, laying the foundation for a lifelong commitment to community upliftment.
Over the years, she has tirelessly championed causes close to her heart, as the Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator at The King’s Pantry, a subsidiary of The Healing Tree Economic Development, a feeding program that serves the Greater Bridgeport area.
Her professional career started at JP Morgan, where she honed her customer service skills, ensuring each client interaction was marked by efficiency, professionalism, and a genuine desire to meet their needs and foster lasting relationships. Her ability to empathize and communicate effectively has earned her the trust and respect of colleagues and clients alike.
